We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. The gym and spa area were amazing, and we had a great time relaxing there. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel's location was wonderful, allowing us easy access to transportation and the nearby mall. It was also convenient to get to the city centre and explore everything this city has to offer.

The hotel had excellent room service and readily provided a toddlers crib and potty without being asked. The rooftop hot tub was a hit with my child. The room was neat and clean, and the staff were helpful and spoke good English. The available soap was pleasant.

The room was not cleaned properly, with crumbs and leftovers noticed near the bed. The small size of the room, especially the bathroom, was also a drawback, making it difficult to wash hands without causing a leak.
