The staff were friendly and helpful, offering restaurant recommendations and directions. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops nearby. The room was welcoming and comfortable, with a nice view of the streets. The hotel arranged a bottle of champagne for my wife's birthday. The gym facilities were good and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of cereals, breads, and juices to choose from. The hotel also offered room service, which was prompt and delivered our breakfast right on time. The view from our room was also a highlight, with a nice vantage point of the bustling streets below. we were very satisfied with the service and facilities provided by the hotel.

One minor drawback was the absence of a swimming pool. It would have been nice to have the option to relax and swim during our stay.
