Convenient location near tram station and city center. Supermarket and pharmacy across from hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, provided late checkout and extra bed for kids. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast with sauna and gym facilities. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee.

Situated in a very nice neighborhood in Helsinki city center, you'll find everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, satisfying every taste. the hotel provides a sauna and a well-stocked bar with unique cocktails made from fresh herbs.
There were some minor issues with the temperature control in the rooms that could use improvement.

Comfy hotel in a great neighborhood, close to city center, shops, and restaurants. The front desk staff was helpful, accommodating our needs as we were traveling with a baby. The hotel offered bikes for loan, a nice touch.
No on-hotel parking, and public parking nearby was expensive. The gym was not up to par, a bit disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is ideal, very central but in a quieter neighborhood. There are two tram routes within 100m or so that go back to the main rail station, which was convenient. The room amenities were excellent, with a mini-bar, in-room safe and free toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, and accommodated my request for a room with a bathtub and a window overlooking the inner terrace.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
