The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from two big shopping malls and in the center of the city. You can easily explore Helsinki on foot or by using public transport. the rooms are basic but offer all the necessary facilities like a fridge, microwave, and kettle. the bathroom facilities are small but functional. Despite the lack of a reception, the check-in process is easy and efficient.

Some guests have reported issues with noise from a bar located downstairs from the hotel. This can cause sleepless nights, especially if there is live music playing until late hours.

Fabulous location, steps away from supermarkets, shopping street, restaurants, and train station. Clean and good-sized room with a large, comfy bed. Decent bathroom and small but usable eating area provided with mini-fridge, kettle, and microwave. Very nice for winter stay with perfect location in the city centre near Christmas marketplaces.

Felt very at home, nothing too much trouble.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was just like the pictures, with useful amenities like a microwave and water boiler. The location was perfect, close to the central railway station and right in the centre of the city. I could easily walk to all the must-see spots in the city or use public transport. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived, and I had a fantastic view from my window. The hotel had a simple and efficient digital communication system, which worked well for me.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with a couple of key location facts about the hotel. it was situated in a prime spot, close to major transportation hubs, making it convenient for exploring the city. we were actually surprised by the reasonable price of the hotel, especially during the holiday season. Another advantage we enjoyed was the clean and functional room, perfect for a short stay.

We were disappointed by the lack of a reception desk at the hotel. This became problematic when we encountered an emergency situation and there was no staff available for assistance.
