Upon entering this hotel, I was welcomed by the luxurious ambiance and exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the outstanding service of the staff making me feel well taken care of. the spacious room with its exclusive advantages made my stay very comfortable. In-room breakfast was a treat with a wide variety of dishes and special diet menus provided.

It lacked a selection of sweet jams that would've added to the already authentic Lapland atmosphere.

Had an amazing Easter getaway at a cozy luxury hotel in the heart of the city. The rustic decoration and Lappland music created a warm and romantic ambience. The restaurant served delicious Finnish food, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, with smoothies and smoked salmon. The staff provided excellent customer service, including an early check-in. The whole vibe and design of the hotel were chill and relaxing.

Although the stay was fantastic, the only downside was the limited TV channels, with most of them in languages I didn't understand. It would have been great to have more options in English and German.

It is also very close to the ferry port, perfect for those looking to take a scenic boat ride. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. the hotel offers a great breakfast with high-quality ingredients.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, clean, and had both a bath and a shower. The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were super friendly. The breakfast was delicious and catered to different dietary needs. The hotel's location was very convenient, right next to the tram station and close to all the tourist sites. It was also very close to the ferry port, making it easy to visit other countries.

A wonderful stay at Lapland Hotels! The suite was beautifully designed with well-delimited spaces. The glass bathroom wall was a unique touch that I adored. The sauna and bathtub were both very comfortable. The bedsheets and towels were soft and luxurious. The breakfast included in the room rate was delicious, with a nice selection of cereals, breads, and a tasty reindeer black sausage. The proactive and helpful restaurant staff brought coffee directly to the table. a fantastic experience.
