Beautifully appointed apartment. Comfortable and clean. Convenient location. Helpful and attentive staff. Amazing bathroom with relaxing bathtub and great shower. Well-equipped kitchen with a fantastic coffee maker. State-of-the-art TV.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to all the trendy restaurants and just a short walk to the city centre. The hotel provided excellent service, with staff at the reception desk who were always attentive and provided superb service. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace with garden furniture. The room itself was spacious and soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room, and the dining area with a picnic table was a nice addition.
I highly recommend this hotel to others.

I had a wonderful stay at Bob W Koti Ullanlinna! The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything I needed. The owners provided helpful information throughout my stay, ensuring I felt comfortable and supported. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the amenities I needed. The building itself was brand new and had an interesting historical background. I highly recommend this place for an enjoyable and convenient stay in Helsinki.
the layout of the apartment differed slightly from what was advertised, but it was still comfortable and enjoyable. these minor concerns did not outweigh the many positives of my vacays at Bob W Koti Ullanlinna.

Great location, near church and design district. Comfy room with all necessary amenities. Excellent customer service, fast and helpful. Quiet and serene atmosphere, close to the sea. Tasty bakery on first floor.

The location of this hotel was perfect - it was very near to all the trendy restaurants and close to the city centre. I loved that it was in a quiet area, so I could relax after exploring the city all day. The cleanliness of the room was also great, and the hotel facilities were great.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with big and nice showers. The staff was friendly and helpful, suggesting good nearby cafes and restaurants. The hotel also allowed for early check-in and late check-out, which was a great convenience.
The hotel did not have staff available on Saturdays and Sundays, so if any extra amenities or supplies were needed, guests had to wait until Monday to receive them.
