Stayed in a comfortable room with a private balcony. The buffet breakfast had a great variety, including vegan options. The location was convenient for sightseeing and attending a concert. The staff were friendly and helpful in a busy environment. I highly recommend this hotel.
One drawback was the inability to lock the doors open in the double room, which could be inconvenient when staying with children. the air conditioner could be improved for warmer weather.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with the housekeeping staff working quietly and keeping the rooms super clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a large and comfortable room that exceeded my expectations. The location in the city center was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main sites and the main railway station. the staff were helpful, offering plenty of options without me even asking.
