Scandic Helsinki Station

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, with the central train station just a stone's throw away. It made getting to and from the airport a breeze, not to mention exploring the city with easy tram access. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay.

the air conditioning was quite poor on a hot summer day, but luckily we found a table fan in the cupboard.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and supermarkets all within walking distance. It's also very close to the main bus station and the train central station, making transportation easy. The breakfast provided was the best I've ever had at a hotel, with a wide selection of delicious food. The staff were polite and friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was awesome.

The location of this place is perfect – right in the heart of everything. It's so convenient being just near the train station and city center. Plus, the hotel surprisingly managed to be quiet, despite its location towards the square. The service was great, with room service, laundry, and even tours/ticket assistance available. The amenities in the room were also top-notch, including a mini-bar, terrace, and even a soundproofed room. The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming, which was the cherry on top of a great stay.

I highly recommend this venue to everyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch and the facilities were fantastic. I particularly loved the hotel's location, as it was perfectly placed in a quiet street, yet still close to the center of this city. The staff were simply outstanding, from the moment they picked me up at the airport to when they dropped me off. Their hospitality was truly unmatched.

We loved the spacious and nice rooms at the hotel. As vegetarians, we were pleased with the delicious options available on the menu for dinner. The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to all the main sights. The free bag storage was a convenient bonus.

Despite the hotel's many positives, the temperature control in the rooms can be a bit tricky to figure out.

The food and restaurant experience at Holiday Inn Helsinki City Centre was exceptional. As a solo traveler with my 7-year-old daughter, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. My daughter, who is a picky eater, actually finished her entire portion of pasta and even had ice cream! The waitstaff seemed a little short-staffed, but that appeared to be a staffing issue. The server could have used a food runner or busser due to the high volume of customers and the distance to the kitchen. However, despite this minor inconvenience, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and am already planning to return on our next visit to Helsinki. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, hop-on/off buses, boat trips. The room itself had a lovely view of Downtown Helsinki Asema-aukio and was quiet and well-insulated to reduce noise. The hotel also offered amenities such as a sauna and gym, although we did not utilize them. The staff were professional and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel also provided good sleeping conditions, and I appreciated the availability of options for transportation, including trains, trams, subways. my experience at Holiday Inn Helsinki City Centre was wonderful, and I highly recommend it as a great choice for travelers.
