Great downtown location, close to main shopping street and excellent chocolates and pastries nearby. The upgraded room was more spacious and worth the extra cost.

The hotel staff were not helpful when my bike was stolen from in front of the hotel. They claimed it was not their problem and offered no assistance.

The location was perfect, close to a beautiful Christmas Market and the main waterfront. We were able to easily explore the city by metro or tram and even took a day trip to Tallinn, Estonia from the nearby Helsinki port. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located right in the center of town. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry to Soumenlinna and plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of an old building. The staff members were warm and helpful, making my solo trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a good selection to choose from.

The only downside was the small size of the room, but it was made up for by the comfortable bed and remote-controlled features.

Upgraded to a spacious and beautifully decorated studio with a courtyard view. Received a warm welcome with sparkling wine and chocolate. Enjoyed a calm and delicious breakfast with a good selection of food. Friendly and helpful receptionists allowed an early check-in. The central location was perfect for our urban holiday.

The room was quite small, with limited space to move around. Missed having slippers and a kettle in the room.

This place is located right in the center of town. Everything is within walking distance, including the port area and the bus station. There are a good number of cafes and other amenities around here, making it very convenient. The service is impeccable and the staff are very helpful. The room amenities are top-notch, including air conditioning, mini-bar, and ironing facilities. The garden furniture and terrace make it even better.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Helsinki. The service was really good and they were very good too make me feel welcome. When I arrived, I was actually surprised to find out that they had upgraded my room at no extra cost. The location was perfect, centrally located and close to everything I wanted to see in the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom amenities. The wifi worked great, important for me as I needed to stay connected. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is conveniently close to the Helsinki port where we traveled to Tallinn, Estonia for the day. It is also very convenient to all downtown Helsinki attractions, being right in the center of beautiful Helsinki. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. The hotel also offered facilities such as a mini bar and safe in the room.
