The location of Best Western Hotel Carlton is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the main streets and attractions. The room had all the necessary amenities and the new furniture made our stay comfortable. We were also impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, especially the one person who was taking care of everything. And to top it off, we enjoyed sipping on free coffee and indulging in delicious cakes downstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

The hotel's location was fantastic, very close to the train station and within walking distance of popular attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and had a good variety of options. Another advantage was the free Wi-Fi, reliable and fast.

The onsite restaurant, Lost in Helsinki, offered a great selection of food and beverages. The breakfast buffet provided a delicious start to our day of exploring. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel.
