Scandic Grand Central Helsinki

This hotel is amazing! the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the hotel facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful Art Nouveau style and grand staircase. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a great selection of vegan and gluten-free options. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of this city and close to everything - shopping, transportation, and landmarks. I loved staying in this beautifully restored landmark building with fantastic design.

This hotel is situated in a prime location adjacent to a train station and bus station. The hotel is soundproof, which means no outside noises will bother you. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast has a wide range of options to suit all needs. The gym is open 24/7, and you can also borrow sports equipment. There is even a yoga room available! The lobby has a mini store providing beverages and snacks, a brilliant idea.

Conveniently located near transportation, shops, and dining options. Stylish and modern decor throughout the property. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of clean, contemporary rooms. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in the city center.

The hotel is great location with great views of the square. The bathroom was luxurious, and the breakfast was really good, with plenty of fresh options. The staff was helpful and responsive to requests. I highly recommend Scandic.

The historic building was recently renovated with a modern interior and beautiful art nouveau elements. The terrace in the courtyard and the restaurant located in the wintergarten were really enjoyable. the service at the reception was excellent and the staff were helpful in providing a charging cable.

The cleaning of the rooms was not up to par. During my 7-night stay, there was no dedusting or vacuum cleaning done, resulting in dust accumulating on the floor and furniture throughout my visit.

The soundproof rooms are immaculately decorated, with a spacious and comfortable living area, perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing. I was also impressed by the buffet breakfast and in-room breakfast choices, with a wide selection of dishes. The gym, yoga room and garden area are great, for those who like to stay fit and active.
