We were actually surprised by the central location of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Our room had a beautiful view of the port and bay, adding an extra touch to our stay. The friendly and helpful service from the front desk staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast, although not extensive, offered delicious options that satisfied our appetite. we would recommend this hotel for its unique charm and convenient location. This hotel is in a great location, right next to the harbour and within walking distance to the central railway station. The market place is also just a stone's throw away. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the view from the breakfast area overlooking the passenger harbor is fantastic.

There were some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom and the coffee cups were not changed during the stay.

There were some minor issues with the facilities, such as a poor hairdryer and a faulty iron that needed replacement.

Felt very welcomed, no reason to complain.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, offering a fridge and a safety deposit box. The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of key attractions such as the market, the Esplanade, and the river. the customer service at the bar off the lobby was really good, accommodating our late-night dining request.

One downside was that the breakfast area required a short walk outside and up a flight of steps, which could be inconvenient.

Spacious and newly decorated Grand Beautiful room. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. High-quality toiletries and reliable wifi. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices and classic atmosphere.

The only minor issue encountered was with the Front Desk service, which lacked warmth and friendliness upon check-in. the Catering service could have been more extensive to accommodate guests' varying preferences and dietary requirements.
