The shower was amazing. Staff was helpful and had excellent language skills. Breakfast was thorough and a great start to the day. Hotel was clean and quite modern. Good location, within walkable distance to the city centre and Rouholahti metro station.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and a nearby metro station. there was a 24-hour open mall just a few minutes away, providing convenience for any last-minute needs.
There were a few drawbacks. The breakfast offered at the hotel was below average compared to our previous experiences.

We were actually surprised by the beautiful view from our room facing the sea at Holiday Inn. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, always going the extra mile for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a good level of cleanliness. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, although there were some minor issues with certain food choices. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Helsinki.
